JOANNAMALS are made to order within 1-3 days depending on demand, are individually tissue wrapped in a standard large letter brown book mailer envelope, and posted first class.

JOANNAMALS FUNTIME CLOCKS are made to order within 1-3 days depending on demand, individually bubble wrapped in a brown cardboard box, and posted first class.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Being handmade and bespoke, all JOANNAMALS and JOANNAMALS FUNTIME CLOCKS are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty on receipt.

Please contact JOANNAMALS immediately if your order is faulty on receipt.
If the faulty item requires a replacement, JOANNAMALS may request the safe return of the defective item to its UK address within 14 days and using its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for its safe return and for all return costs.
